For your convenience, we have listed the services Sheaffer Family Chiropractic provides and their cost below. Our fees will be discussed with you prior to beginning care.

First visit fees will be collected on the first visit. This allows time to verify your insurance so that everything will be clear at the start of your care. First visit fees are typically $80.

Initial Consultation & Insight Millennium Subluxation Exam/Nerve System Scans $40
Office Visits (Fee depends on services) $40-$95

Health Insurance

We are In-Network with the following insurance companies:

  • Highmark Blue Shield
  • Medicare
  • Out-of-State Blue Shield plans
  • Most auto accident insurance policies
At this time, we are unable to provide any insurance services for those patients with policies that use (ASHN) American Specialty Health Networks to manage chiropractic claims. In the York area, this would include Capitol Blue Cross, Aetna Medicare Advantage plans, Humana, UPMC, or Capitol Blue Cross’ Medicare advantage plans.

In addition, many other plans have coverage for chiropractic care, but our office would be considered Out-of-Network with plans not listed above. We have many patients who we care for with Out-Of-Network plans! Sadly, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debits cards, checks and cash. We also have many different payment plans available. Please inquire at our front desk!
